Youkneadcakes is a home bakery that serves up simple, no frills homemade baked goods like pound cakes, cookies and madeleines.
Founded by Yu Feng in May 2020 during the pandemic, he had a massive craving for a good lemon pound cake and a classic sea-salt chocolate chip cookie during Circuit breaker and he found it difficult to get his hands on one during the circuit breaker period! He decided to come up with my own rendition, which ultimately led to the founding of his home bakery business Youkneadcakes.
