Founded in June 2020 by Poon Hui Xuan, Tartzan is a small-scale, part-time online bakery offering a small collection of tarts great for gifts, any occasions or just cravings. We use quality ingredients and tarts are made-to-order according to day of delivery/collection. We use Lescure AOP French butter f0r the tart shell, for the best flavour it carries.
