Founder and baker Felicia Kwan Foong Yin was previously in the finance sector before she enrolled at Le Cordon Blue (Tokyo) to study the art of pastry making. Combining French and Japanese pastry techniques, her home based patisserie offers a range of pastries with light textures and unique flavours, like fresh cream cakes, macarons and Madeleines.
