Founded by Lim Han in 2021, KBH is a one-woman home bakery that runs on whack ideas, intriguing flavour combinations and a whole lot of my family’s support.

My offerings are very much influenced by flavours of Asia — local Chinese desserts (orh nee, black sesame paste, tang yuans), Taiwanese staple combinations (the likes of pork floss & salted egg), Japanese tea varieties (matcha and hojicha my favs), and the insane combinations birthed from Korean cafes (have you seen their gateaus and stuffed financiers?).
