Perfection Prawn Aglio e Olio

First up, we tried the Perfection Prawn Aglio e Olio. The Aglio e Olio immediately impressed me with the strong aroma of garlic as soon as I opened the packaging. The linguine was cooked perfectly al dente, offering a satisfying texture. The combination of garlic, chili flakes, and herbs created a flavorful balance that was both bold and aromatic. However, I felt it could have used a little less oil to bring out the flavors more distinctly. The prawns, though a bit on the skimpy side, were cooked just right—bouncy and tender, adding a nice touch to the dish.

For dessert, we had the Classic Sicktoad Tiramisu. I was pleasantly surprised by its perfect level of sweetness—it wasn’t overpowering at all. The mascarpone layer was creamy yet light, making it an easy dessert to enjoy without feeling too heavy. The ladyfingers were nicely absorbed, with just the right amount of coffee and espresso flavor, giving it a delightful depth without being overly soggy.

Overall, both dishes were satisfying, though the Aglio Olio could benefit from a bit more prawns, and I would personally prefer less oil in the pasta. But the Tiramisu was a definite winner for me.
