SG Brisket Kitchen and Jett Barbecue are two of Singapore’s hottest online pitmasters right now. Both started in 2021, and utilize similar techniques in low and slow smoking of meats using different types of wood. Both have received raving reviews from their fans, and steadily amassed their own loyal following. This legendary battle shall determine which one of them is the people’s champion!

Founded by Chua Jett Yong in 2021, Jett Barbecue offers Texan-style smoked beef ribs, aka ‘Dino Ribs’. Started as a home-based business, it has now expanded into a commercial kitchen, producing up to 1,200 portions a month.
